The Church provides certain times and preparation for weddings.

Step 1: Please contact the Church Office at least nine months in advance to begin the process 516-334-6288.

Step 2: In addition to Marriage Preparation Programs, all engaged couples are required to complete the FOCCUS (a self-assessment tool designed to assist couples in learning more about themselves and each other) questionnaire at least six months prior to attending a Marriage Preparation Program on the diocesan level. Couples attending a Diocesan Marriage Preparation Program are required to register to take the questionnaire online.  Your password will be emailed to you upon completion of your registration.  The follow up discussion of the inventory will take place during the marriage preparation session. Couples attending parish-based marriage preparation programs where FOCCUS is not given must register for the diocesan FOCCUS-only option which is administered online and facilitated at an onsite session through the Office of Faith Formation

Step 3: Complete and return all other paperwork discussed and/or required from the initial meeting.
